Stani Memorial P.G. College (SMPGC), Jaipur, in collaboration with IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, successfully organized a 3-Day Management Development Programme (MDP) centered on the theme “Leadership Growth, Strategic Skills & Practical Outcomes.” The programme aimed to enhance leadership capabilities, professional competencies, and strategic thinking among participants through a series of expert-led sessions.
The programme began with sessions focused on mindset development and professional behavior, where participants explored ways to manage pressure, maintain performance, and align personal purpose with professional growth. Experts highlighted the importance of emotional resilience, effective communication, and professional etiquette in shaping confident and responsible leaders in academic and professional environments.
On the second day, the focus shifted toward strategic leadership for quality enhancement, emphasizing the role of data-driven decision-making, institutional vision, and accountability in achieving sustainable academic excellence.
