Stani Memorial PG College successfully organized a 3-Day Workshop titled “Empowering Futures: Multidisciplinary Skills for Better Employability”, under the Department of Arts. The workshop offered students a dynamic platform to explore career-oriented skills through expert-led sessions. On Day 1, Dr. Anupama Verma, President of AMDS Vocational Training and Welfare Society, delivered an inspiring inaugural address, followed by sessions from Ms. Tanu Gulwani, Director at CREATIX, who explored digital marketing in “Click, Connect, Convert,” and Mr. Gourav Badra, CREATIX expert, who introduced video editing through “Professional Edits. Powerful Results.” Day 2 focused on holistic well-being, with Dt. Neha Yaduvanshi, Founder of Health Fits Square Diet Clinic, Jaipur, conducting “Eat Right, Stay Bright!” emphasizing nutrition, and Dr. Manisha Sharma, Director at Think Well Counselling and Mind Wellness Centre, Jaipur, delivering a thought-provoking session, “Heal the Mind, Heal the Life,” highlighting the significance of mental health. On Day 3, language and communication skills were at the forefront, with Dr. Namita Chouhan, Associate Professor & HoD, Hindi, Sree Bhawani Niketan Mahila PG College, Jaipur, presenting “Language is the Key That Unlocks Competitive Success,” emphasizing the importance of language proficiency in professional growth and exam readiness. The workshop proved to be a meaningful initiative, equipping students with relevant skills and perspectives to enhance their future employability.
