In an era driven by rapid technological advancements and evolving career landscapes, Stani Memorial P.G. College, Jaipur took a significant step towards preparing students for the future by organizing the Future Ready 7-Day Workshop from 5th to 11th May 2026. The workshop was designed to equip students with practical knowledge, essential life skills, technological awareness, and a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
The week-long programme brought together distinguished academicians, industry experts, counsellors, and technology leaders who shared valuable insights on topics ranging from mental wellness and counselling to digital skills, sustainability, and artificial intelligence.
The workshop commenced with an enlightening session by Dr. Pramila Sharma, Doctor of Naturopathy and Yoga, who emphasized the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being through yoga, positive thinking, and a balanced lifestyle. Students learned effective techniques to manage stress and cultivate healthier daily habits.
On the second day, Mr. Anand Arora, Head of AFJ Computer Institute, conducted an interactive session on Office Essential Tools, highlighting the practical applications of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in academic, professional, and everyday settings. The session enhanced students’ digital literacy and productivity skills.
The third day focused on mental wellness through a session on Relaxation Techniques by Dr. Preetkamal. Students were introduced to methods for reducing stress, improving emotional resilience, and achieving a balanced state of mind in today's fast-paced environment.
Continuing the journey of personal growth, Ms. Archana Soni, RCI Rehabilitation Counsellor and Expressive Arts Practitioner, led the fourth day's session on Counselling Skills and Art Therapy. Through engaging activities and discussions, students explored how creative expression can support emotional well-being, empathy, and self-awareness.
The fifth day featured an insightful lecture by Dr. Utkarsh Kaushik, Associate Professor at Poddar International College, on Green Economy and Environmental Innovations and Strategies. He discussed sustainable development, environmental conservation, waste management, and the importance of innovative solutions for creating a greener and more sustainable future.
The workshop concluded with a highly engaging session on Artificial Intelligence, organized in collaboration with DigiAIWorld. Renowned speakers Sudhir Yadav (IIT Bombay Alumnus) and Rakesh Khandelwal (MNIT Jaipur Alumnus) introduced students to the transformative potential of AI, its real-world applications, and emerging career opportunities in the technology-driven economy.
The Future Ready 7-Day Workshop served as a dynamic platform for learning, self-discovery, and skill enhancement. By integrating wellness, sustainability, digital proficiency, counselling, and emerging technologies, the programme successfully empowered students with the knowledge and confidence required to thrive in the future.
