As part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, Stani Memorial P.G. College, Jaipur organized an Awareness Session on Waterborne Diseases and Nutrition at Government Primary School, Jaisinghpura @Buhariya on 9th October.
The session aimed to educate school children about common waterborne diseases, their causes, prevention, and the importance of maintaining good hygiene and balanced nutrition in daily life.
During the interactive session, students enthusiastically participated in discussions and activities that highlighted the significance of safe drinking water, personal cleanliness, and healthy eating habits. The session also emphasized simple, practical steps that can help prevent illness and promote well-being within the community.
Through this initiative, SMPGC reaffirmed its commitment to community engagement and social responsibility by nurturing awareness among young learners. The program successfully instilled a sense of health consciousness and encouraged students to become ambassadors of cleanliness and good nutrition in their village.
This outreach activity reflected SMPGC’s ongoing efforts under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan to promote a healthier, informed, and disease-free rural society.
