The overall vision and mission of the institution is the collective feature of its departmental vision and mission. Our college has segregation of departments on the basis of subject specialization. These departments have their separate and unique vision and mission statements which are experimented through its structured activities in academic and administrative aspects. These statements define in clear, precise and inspiring terms departments’ reason for existence and future goals helping to drive success now and in the future.

For drafting and implementing policies at academic and administrative level, Stani Memorial PG. College has various committees. IAQC and almanac committee are responsible for deciding a particular schedule of the overall activities in the college in accordance with number of working days in academic year. All academic and co-curricular activities are further organized on the basis of this schedule. Internal assessments and Pre-university exams are also scheduled accordingly. Academic data sheet drafted by the committee includes details of each and every departments and its faculty members, clubs, cells, programme offered, rules and regulations to be followed in the institution (for Students and staff members), procedure for assessment of students work, co-curricular and extra-curricular forums / activities, fee concessions and internal scholarships, and UGC regulation on restricting the menace of ragging. Head of the departments are delegated the responsibilities to accomplish mission and vision of their respective department and contributing their bit towards achieving overall vision and mission of institution.

They are also expected to determine and coordinate the activities of respective departments in cooperation with members of faculty every year to assure the knowledge and research acumen enhancement and overall personality grooming of students. Mentors are allotted to each class who work as bridge between management and students. They keep personal touch with students’ parents as well and inform the timely over each and every college update. They also take care of the academic requirements of students in each department. Student-representatives of each class theiropinions for enhancing teaching-learning and administrative processes, keeping pace with the vision and mission of institution.
